Norton Road

Located conveniently for the promenade and the bustling village life of Mumbles is the wonderful family home on Norton Road.

The Norton Road project was an architecturally designed scheme drawn up by our friends at Raum Architecture with the interiors being put together by the clients and the talented No.8 Project.

Subject to a vibrant and imaginative refurbishment and extension, emphasis was given to utilising a palette of contemporary materials which sit harmoniously alongside its original features.

The house now presents a smart façade from the street with crisp white rendered walls, a traditional and striking glazing pack which pays homage to its classic Victorian bay windows and a considered landscaping scheme, complete with a bespoke, handmade Summer room.
